TGF Forestry and Fire has specialized in Wildland Fire Services since 2000. TGF performs: prescribed burning of wetlands, prairies and conservancy areas, brush pile burning, wildland urban interface invasive brush clearing, buckthorn removal and brush mowing, as well as contract wildland firefighting and engine standby service. We have experienced leadership and certified Wildland Firefighters. TGF Forestry and Fire has a full line of equipment including Wildland Fire Engines, Water Tenders, ATV units and Brush Mowers. We handle everything from planning and permitting to project execution. "Prescribed Burns enrich the soil, kill weeds and invasive plants, help prevent uncontrolled wildfires, and clear the ground for sunlight to encourage new plant growth."

Our company, once a small Illinois lawn service performing simple residential landscaping, has grown exponentially since its birth in 1990. It is our mission to always provide excellent work and high quality customer service.

TGF Enterprises, an Illinois landscape service, began in Vernon Hills in 1990 with a vision of what we have become today. A move to Mundelein allowed us to expand our fleet and crews while construction of our 7,500 square foot state of the art facility in Libertyville was built to meet our fast paced growth. Our current Libertyville location is in the center of Lake County which enables us to serve our customers in the timliest fashion. This central location has also made us more accessible to our clients and community needs. Whether we are sharing our equipment with community "Touch a Truck" shows, participating in a local parade, or donating gift certificates to local fundraisers - we are told that TGF is a perfect example of "a job well done."

What was once a simple residential landscape maintenance company is now a multi-faceted corporation that has split the parent company into multiple sub corporations: TGF Enterprises, TGF Forestry and Fire, and Flader Properties.
